Fabulous luxury accommodation!
We have been visiting Anglesey for 35 years and stayed in a number of high end houses. Swyn Llyr is up there with very best. Beautifully designed and kitted with all family holiday interests in mind for every season. Excellent quality furnishings and appliances throughout and in a fantastic convenient location with breathtaking views. We are keen to return if we can find some availability!

Simply fab from arrival to departure. Fabulous décor and well equipped with all the necessaries, plus more. The games rooms were a game changer! We had great fun on the pinball tables and the family air hockey tournament got very competitive! The beach is a five minute walk and the dogs loved it and the doggy shower room. The garden is secure and the hot tub was bliss. We were blessed with the weather during our stay, especially for February which gave us magical sunsets. Would we return? Already booked!

- Six spacious bedrooms suitable for up to 12 guests, with four on the ground floor for easier access. Two king-sized en-suite rooms, two twin rooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill en-suite, one super-king-size en-suite and one double en-suite. Bed-linen and towels are included.
- Modern open-plan living area featuring kitchen, dining area, lounge and balcony with panoramic sea views. Oil central heating, underfloor heating accompanied by a wood burning stove with included fuel, power and starter pack.

- Epic cinema room with cutting-edge 8K 75-inch smart TV with tasteful Hollywood-inspired décor. Don’t forget your popcorn!
- Two dedicated games rooms; one with an air hockey table, colourful graffiti artwork and a fridge/freezer to stock with your favourite refreshments, and another with arcade machines, a sofa and a 4K smart TV.
- A heated wet-room suitable for dogs to rinse off any sandy paws after a beach day!
- Private, secure and beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor seating and a sheltered hot tub, perfect for winding down.

- Off-road parking for up to 4 cars, with EV charging available for 1 car.
- Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome!
- Dog-friendly Traeth Crigyll (Rhosneigr Beach) is just a 5-minute stroll away – perfect for sandy morning walks.
- Takeaway pizza, fish and chips and other popular eateries are all within a short walk, along with a convenience store for any essentials.
